- Turns out that the "dummy" interfaces are not just dummies: other ZCML
directives cause them to be cached. Therefore, fix them up by cloning from
the one parsed from CSV / HTML / XML, rather than replacing.

- Ensure that "dummy" interfaces (created during ZCML parse) have the
correct module name.
